General Bookings - Weekends
General Bookings – Three to Ten Days
- Pre-registration payment of $150 for members and $180 for non-members is required. (Please Note: this payment includes food and accommodation and is non-refundable and non-transferrable)
- Cancellation 48 hours or less before course start date results in non-refundability of all payments made.

- Pre-registration deposit of $225 for members and $270 for non-members is required. (Please Note: the deposit includes food and accommodation and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.)
- The remaining balance is due prior to the course payment deadline (see course info for details).
- Cancellation 48 hours or less before course start date results in non-refundability of all payments made.

Early Bird Discounts
- Please inquire or see individual courses details.
- Note: Deposits will be required from those using rent credits. In this case, deposits will be returned when the person arrives for the retreat or the deposit can be applied to the food costs. Deposits will also be required for server meditators.
