Coming Back To Center Nature Retreat  

Friday, July 12th to Sunday, July 14th, 2024 (Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon)

Come recharge in nature, with 3 healthy-tasty meals/day, private accommodation (not shared), & supportive community. 

Friday afternoon (3pm arrival) starts with orientation, nature time, a community circle & dinner, & down time.

Saturday continues with movement meditation, a sharing circle, down time, nature wander, and the Gift of Sacrifice Ritual (letting go of an object that no longer serves us, inviting in new possibilities).

Sunday winds down with a movement meditation, closing circle and time for solo nature wanders. Sunday will complete with a 2pm departure.

Explore 400 acres of pristine wilderness, at the Dharma Centre of Canada (Kinmount, ON).

 Cost is sliding scale $425 - $625. Transportation options available.
